現年32歲的Meredith是一位出生於波士頓的藝術家和設計師，最初在麻州州立大學攻讀雕塑與模型設計，之後發現自己的創意能量，展現在多媒體 畫設計上，後來真的如願以償在 畫界工作好一段時日，然而自從93年她認識角色設計這玩意，並運用黏土雕塑出許多獨一無二的人物玩偶 “Guys”，至今居然有10年的時間了。她坦言自己從的靈感源源不絕，喜歡在這些玩偶上大做文章。目前她與先生Randy以及寵物Oscar住在波特蘭，身邊老是圍繞一群可愛親切的朋友。

My name is Meredith Dittmar and Im a 32 yr old self-taught artist and designer born outside of Boston Mass. I first started obsessively sculpting at University of Massachusetts while trying to avoid the actual completion my computer science degree. After eventually graduating, and several years pursuing backcountry highs on my snowboard, I forged a creative career as an interactive designer/programmer. Flash was my creative passion until programming burnout struck in 04.
From there I moved on to delve deeper into my other main passion - sculpting. Characters have flown constantly out of my fingertips since the first touch of clay in '93 I estimate Ive created over ten thousand completely unique “guys” in the last 10 years. I also create more elaborate characters in larger hung environments inspired by nature, the subconscious, and the various diverse music scenes and subcultures I have participated in over the years.
I currently live, explore the outdoors, and seek the zone in amazing Portland Oregon with my husband Randy, dog Oscar and crew of amazing peeps.
